We searched out the best products in all price points from several manufacturers to give people the choice, instead of trying to sell “what is on our wagon”. We continue to bring to market the innovative products that directly address the needs of today’s homeowners.

Expert Advice

We provide the architect, designer, builder and homeowner with all the relevant information to assist in sourcing the best products at the best price.  We showcase our products in our Vancouver showroom to make the selection of products and finishes an unhurried and pleasurable experience. If you are having trouble in making all the choices around windows and doors we have several designers we work with that can assist. We can also facilitate installation of products with fully qualified contractors specializing in the type of installation required.

 

Value Proposition

When dealing with costs we will work with all stakeholders so that all options are considered and that the best value solutions are proposed. Jony, our project manager is an expert at dealing with the attention to detail it takes to ensure that the ordering of the windows and doors goes off without a hitch. Product is delivered on time by a local courier company that makes delivery of wood windows and doors their business. After sales service is often promised but rarely is achieved. By having the ownership group of Dave, Dan and Jony on the front lines of customer dealings you can be assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure you get exactly what you expect each and every time you deal with Leading Edge AP.

Others try to have something for everyone. Commercial, replacement, high end, low end. We wanted to have a focus of catering to the custom home building community. This is where our experience in design and technical expertise will bring all details of the project together and make sure that expectations are not just met but exceeded. This focus extends to the clients we do business with and the referral network we have established over many years taking care of people the way that we would want to be taken care of.

 

Giving Back

We have chosen "Street to Home" as our local charity to support.  2% of profits are dedicated to this cause and paid each and every quarter.  We also partner with companies that have the same philantropic ideals.  This way we can further our efforts in giving back.
